Long-Distance Lover

Trying to cover a trifling distance,
My thoughts wander on an endless bus-ride.

My Lover awaits with nervous expectation,
I impatiently wait to be by her side.

No book I read can clear my mind,
No song I hear can blur her smile,
No darkened cloud can shut her light,
Oh Long-Distance Lover, I think of you all the time.
